When we got out of the Army, we were still capturing photos and videos for family and friends. As the years went on, my desire to continue capturing family's memories continued to grow and I wanted to do it for others.
When not shooting weddings or portraits in the Alexandria area, I love watching classic cartoons like Scooby Doo (the theme song is catchy) and SpeedRacer (love cars). I love collecting Funko Pops (favorite James Bond), listening to Prince (Beautiful Ones - saw him in concert twice) and drinking Starbucks matcha green tea lattes.
Back in 2002, I wanted to do something different. After serving 3 years in the Army Reserves, I decided to go active duty. I also changed my job and followed my little sister's footsteps in doing photography and videography. We were stationed in Germany together. We were roommates, even in the same company.
No matter how hectic the day gets, I can keep a smile on my face! After the military, I kept capturing events and eventually we started shooting weddings together. I'm most comfortable with my Sony and gimbal in hand!
