We'll arrive 30 minutes prior to the expected time for the space completion time.
We'll do a quick chat with you to introduce ourselves and ask if any last-minute changes have happened.
Depending on the type of coverage you selected, we may set up an area to capture testimonials from attendees or capturing footage while the room setup is being completed.
After the call, we'll send you an invoice and contract to review. To proceed, you must pay a non-refundable deposit and the final payment is due at least a week before your event.
