We'll arrive 30 minutes prior to the expected time for the space completion time.
We'll do a quick chat with you to introduce ourselves and ask if any last-minute changes have happened.
Depending on the type of coverage you selected, we may set up an area to capture testimonials from attendees or capturing footage while the room setup is being completed.
3. Event Day
After the call, we'll send you an invoice and contract to review. To proceed, you must pay a non-refundable deposit and the final payment is due at least a week before your event.
Prior to the event, we will reach back out to ask about the final timeline.

Before capturing your event, we like to chat with you.
We'll ask what time you expect everything to be set up, important details and more.
This call allows you to get to know us better and discuss the logistics for your event.
1. Discovery Call
Our Process
Based on our chats, we'll develop a plan to ensure we capture everything we need to create the photos and videos you desire. We can also capture entire presentations of speakers and deliver those videos separately.
Our prices in the pricing chat includes a link to your downloadable gallery.
If you add video, we include a 1-3 minute highlight film. Speaker presentations can be included for an additional fee.
